Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Budget Upload WEBADI - Error

When I am trying to upload budget using webADI, I am receiving the following error

"Period is invalid for the selected Budget.;Required upload column was not in upload and no default value was generated"

The GL period is open, the Budget is Current... what could be the problem?
