Siebel Server jobs have been remain at 'Active' Status, not becoming 'Success'
Hi Team,
In our Dev environment, the server jobs which have been submitted were remain at 'Active' Status. This is happening for all jobs, and it started occurring from last week.
For example, if we send an email through F9 email template, it submits 'Outbound Communications Manager' job. What we have observed is, an email has been sent to the email address. The job status changed from 'Queued' to 'Active'. It does not become success.
Hence, the field, Actual End Date is also null in Admin - Server - Job screen.
Once, we bounce the server, all these jobs have been re -processed, i.e) emails have been re- sent. However, the job status is still Active.
