ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Transparent data encryption error - Need a fix

 I attempting to import data to Oracle 10g (10.2.0.4).  the data contains table with three encrypted columns.   When I run the impdp with encryption_password clause, i received ORA-00439 error.   Wallet is open for database instance.
