JLZZTLTG: Colombian Localization issue - FRM-41830 List of Values contains no entries

 JLZZTLTG: Colombian Localization issue - FRM-41830 List of Values contains no entries
We are implementing Oracle Applications R 12.1.3, and we found this issue while we were configurating the Oracle Receivables to conduct CRP3 sessions.
Since CRP3 sessions are starting tomorrow morning Dec 16th, this issue is pretty urgent.

We are implementing Oracle Receivables, setting up colombian Localization, and got an issue on Latin Tax Engine Tax Groups form (JLZZTLTG).

After following the Colombian Implementation Guide, AR Tax Codes are not being retrieved on JLZZTLTG form on Tax Code column.
We got the "FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries" error, after trying to populate Tax Code field on AR Tax Groups form.
