Inconsistent Work Flow Mailer
Is there a way to know if and when did the work flow mailer timed out? Our proble is that 2 similar HR Transfer changes were keyed in via HR SelfService for 2 employees. The changes were supposed to trigger the workflow mailer and sent email notifications to specific approvers. What happened was only 1 of the changes triggered the e-mail. What's strange is that the 2nd change was done 1-2 hours after the first change.
