R12.1.3 ; Latest Patchset information required for EBS 12.1.3

Hi,
We have a 12.1.3 Oracle EBS system. We need to know, for the different products implemented in our system what's the patch level we are in and what are the latest patchset available.
We want to identify the gaps we have and then apply the required patches to fill up the gap.

Please guide us how to find the information required.
