Deployment procedure taking long time to complete in 11g OEM grid

Hi,

We have OEM 11g running and we frequently run the deployment procedures on the server, we have one deployment procedure where it was taking much time to complete, we tried to recreate the procedure again, but no luck still we have the issues taking much time(1055 seconds) which has 4-5 steps in the procedure.
