Script for Database FGA entries report.

 Hello Community,
Hope every one is fine. I have enabled FGA and standard database auditing in my 11.2.0.3 database. now I want to have a sql script which will generate a user friendly and comprehensive report from FGA and standard auditing tables.  Please help me have one.
