Can I perform a Mass delete through an import?

Good Morning All,

Unknown to our web team we were entering duplicate Contact record. Is there a way for me to perform a mass delete? I have the RowID and Contact name.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I do not want to have to delete 2000 individual records.
