Cannot enter the Depreciation account.

Hi Folks,
I am working on Asset capitalisation.
After creating the CIP cost,I am trying to enter the Asset details from Capital projects window.When I enter the Asset details and try to enter the Depreciation account,I cannot find the LOV and it is not allowing me to enter any account values.Kindly suggest me,how can I enter or enable the depreciation account and move forward for capitalization.
