Does anyone know of a "Mass Cancellation" process/UBE for PO/Subcontracts (F4311)?

Does anyone know of a way to utilize a process/UBE where one can enter data selection and cancel out multiple PO's easily?  Have searched the KG/Web and did not see anything.    I am in the wrong group evidently.  We are a JDE 9.1 shop.  The reply below refers to an Oracle Purchasing API it appears.
