Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. WebADI with Office/Excel 2010 on 64-bit

Hello,

We just applied the Patch 16399718: 10414473: SUPPORT WEB ADI WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE 2010 64-BIT VERSION

But after this patch, I cannot generate any Journal Upload webadi templates (either on a 32-bit or 64-bit machine with Office 2010).

Has anyone seen this? All the pre-requisit patches were applied.
