Demand History on Min/Max Report in R12

We have updated from 11i to R12 and when we run our Min/Max Planning Report in R12 it does not pull all of the demand history in on the report. I have ran the Compile Demand history job for each associated Org and can see that Demand History in the Demand History forms but it does not populate the output report for the Min/Max report. Has anyone had this issue and if so how did you fix it?
