unable to retrive the debug by the conc prog

Hi ,

We have run created the debug file using Doc ID 121054.1

Then ran the concurrent request  "Diagnostics: OM Debug File Retrieval"  and passed the debug as its parameter . But it is not retriving the debug file and in the log file of the conc prog it is writen as no such file or directory in the path where debug file is created. It is physically present there.

The utl file dir is having 777 permission .

Could you please help us resolve the issue.
