How to personalize Mobile page WITHOUT WMS

Hi Guru's

I am looking for some documentation on how to personalize a mobile page WITHOUT using WMS.

So far, all the documentation I found are for WMS

We are using  Mobile Supply Chain Applications  to transact our move orders.

I would like the users to only have to confirm the part #, lot and quantity and not to have to enter the subinventory and locator.

How could I default subinventory and locator?
