Setting NLS_10 environment variable for UNIX/Linux

edited Dec 26, 2013 1:11AM in Database Install/Upgrade/Opatch (MOSC) 2 commentsAnswered

I have been reviewing Document ID 1276368.1 for upgrading a UNIX database from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4. Step 8 (Unix & Linux)  item 1) states to make sure the environment variables ORACLE_BASE, ORACLE_HOME, PATH, NLS_10, etc are set. I have not found any information on the definition of  the NLS_10 environmentvariable and what it should be set to. Is the document referring to ORA_NLS11 and should it be set to $ORACLE_HOME/nls/data?

Thank you for your assistance
