Can a validation expression allow "ENTER" as a character

We are using validation to force the users to type all characters in Upper Case along with a few allowed chatracters

(FindNoneOf((FieldValue('<ltNew_Address_Line_1_ITAG>')),"ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ0123456789.-() _/&#`~,;:'")) = 0

Is there any way we can allow the "Enter" / "Return" key to be allowed (since it is a long text field) as one of the characters allowed in the expression.
