Certificate of Analysis Printing for Non-LOT Tracked Items

We need the ability to generate a COA at time of ship confirm with the “last result” entered for some of our blended items that we are not lot tracking.

We could print the product test report but we need something with the sold to: ship to: information on it.
For the items that we are lot tracking we’ve created a custom COA print that is called from the R37900.

Currently when we ship confirm from a non-lot tracked item the COA extract runs but does not populate the F37900 and print the COA.
