WebADI in R12 Project Costing

Team,

Can we use WebADI in R12 Projects for Expenditure Batches without the Projects SU responsibility and the Project Management license? We are using only Project Costing (PJC) and would like to utilize WebADI to load Pre-Approved Expenditure Batches.

If yes, do we add the ‘Projects: Spreadsheet Expenditure Entry’ navigation to the Project Costing Super User Responsibility?

Any advice is appreciated.
