How to disable the button "Reject" in notification approval OPC

Hi Everyone,
I have installed OPC Release 12.1.1 and the users need that in order to approve a Contract, at time to open the notification, the button Reject not should appear. In order to can do this, I have seed the profile Personalize Self-Service Defn at user level for the option "personalize page" appear,  When I enter in this option cannot view the button REJECT in order to disable. Can someone help me if this is possible?
