Flexfield Validation Set

Dear all,
I tried to modify seeded Value set "PA_XLA_SRS_ACCOUNTING_FLEXFIELD", When I am trying to run account analysis report one paramenter of this report have same value set
it is giving me error although i have restored the changes. Error with screenshot is attach.

I have check where clause it is right, Does I need to compile it if yes how can I do that?
