Cannot view inventory organizations after running security List Maintenance program

I changed the profile option
Security List Maintenance on responsibility level to give the responsibility the same value as of site.

Afterwards I ran: Security List Maintenance program in HRMS.

Now when I'm going to my inventory, purchasing modules, I cannot see my inventory organizations.

I think the HR profiles or MOAC setup has taken some effect. Please help me on how to retrieve back.
