Partner is created,but not able to see in transactions window.

Hi all,

Partners created not found as follows screenshot shows, this partner has been created but when i try to access it to issue an invoice or credit, it can not be found either through its name or number.

 

Please find attachment for the same.

 

What could be the reason for these kind of issues.

 

Please do needful.
