'No valid Contracts' on Contracts Entitlement search in Service Requess form

Hi Folks,

I've created a contract (Service Agreement)  for party # 123 & cost account # 123 which covers a customer # 456 belonging to a different party # 456. I have an instance which has both these parties & accounts related to the serial number.

Now, I created a SR # for the Serial Number & when checking for Entitled Contracts , the error message is displayed saying 'No Valid Contracts'.

When I go into Item Instances page & check, the Contract is seen for this Serial Number.

Please help me where am I going wrong.
