API for PO price list

in Advanced Pricing - EBS (MOSC) Question
Hi,
We are using advanced pricing for purchasing. We have defined price lists that are qualifier with contract purchase agreement. We have couple of reports that need to display the price from the price list associated with the CPA on the PO. We are looking for a API, that will give the price of an item based on qualifier (which is CPA in our case). Can someone help us with this requirement?
