KM article: How can a BP record that rolled up to a Cost Sheet be deleted so that a WBS Code can become a Summary row in the Sheet? (Doc ID 1608482.1) has been puplished

Goal
Question 1) How can a BP record object be deleted?

Question 2) Why can't a row in a sheet that already has a value be indented?
