work order approval workflow through AME

Hi All,

Need to know how Work order approval works through AME, i went through Doc.1552802.1. My doubt is if we enable Work flow approval check box in parameters for a Org does all the Work order when releassed goes to release pending or only which has rule set goes to release pending and trigger mail notification ? . In my case all work orders when release goes to release pending when above check box is enabled in parameters.

Please clarify and let me know any more doc which can helpful in creating Work order work flow approvals through AME.
