Training Centre - Organisation Classification

Hi,

We have realised that when you create a resource type of 'Venue', you need to attach a venue to a Training Centre.

This training centre is basically an organisation with a classification of 'Training Centre'.

Please could someone let me know urgently what the significance of doing this is?

Is this only for Reporting purposes, or any other purposes too?

Does my training centre need to be an HR Organisation too?

If you could respond urgently, I would appreciate it.
