File Import to FDMEE Stage tables

Hi all,
I'm trying a File based import to FDMEE for loading sub-ledger balances to ARM. I'm trying the import step from the Data Load Workbench (11.1.2.3) and getting an error. I've attached the log file here for your reference. Could you please help me understand the issue? I've even tried the same with .txt file, but getting the same error.
