We are moving to Siebel 8.1.1.10, users still on IE8

I have been reading articles that IE8 is supported, provided we use Hi Clients/object managers; also I have seen in siebel open UI deployment guide following

NOTE: If deploying Open UI and HI in parallel on releases prior to 8.1.1.11/8.2.2.4 please consult the Siebel Open UI Supplement article that is part of this MOS article for additional steps.

but I was not really able to find this supplement article on oracle support web - can anybody help me how to pull up this article or article number.
