Hows link oracle service contracts with oracle workbench administrator

Hello:

  I've a trouble, i try to see all contracts in the workbench administrator, but the services contracts i can't see them, i read some in the user administration guide, but don't say how configurate, just say that is possible, someone know how can i do for link this two modules?
