Setting web-browser

 In reports 11.1.2.1.0 - how do I set the browser to run reports from? The registry shows "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Oracle\Toolkit\TKBrowser = C:\chrome\Application\chrome".
 But every time I select to run a report in "web Layout' - it tries to run in IE9 (blank screen by the way).

What must I do to make it run using Chrome? 

Also is Chrome certified for Forms/Reports?
