MRP: Defualt Sourcing Assignment Set at Responsibility Level ??

 Hi ALL, 
I am unable to define the MRP: Defualt Sourcing Assignment Set at the Responsibility Level. Though its working fine at the Site Level. But based on the mine current configuration i need to put it at the various responsibility Level. 


I am query this profile option and unablet he checks of the Site and Resposibility Level for this Profile Options but even then I am not getting why this is happening with me ??
