Inter Order Dependencies

Hi,

In our project, while testing the out of box behaviour of OSM, we came across thr follwoing situation.

1) A customer account is activated with some plan.This order is completed successfully and the customer status is active.

2) Now the customer wanted to change his plans, s a modify order has been placed which got failed for some reason, so a trouble ticket has been raised against the modify order which is in progress.

3) Due to some reasons, the customer wants to terminate his subscription, so a terminate order has been placed, but this order is not getting completed.Its getting created and staying in received state.
