Need to create a customized table in database so that it can be fetched from oem report

 Please suggest me how to create a customized table in database so that it can be fetched from oem report.Additionally, I don't see 
This is oem grid control 11g

Additionally,I don't see mgmt_target_properties table/view in the repository database
