Report to create lots in Lot Master

HI,

We want to create new lots for all the items in the sales order. We are trying to make a report to create the lot for all the items.

so my Question is what are the tables that we need to update other then F4108 ( Lot Master ).

Do we need to update F4111 and F41021.

Also let me know what precautions need to be taken.
