Unable to have the Item into the iProcurement

 Dear ALL, 
Please find the attached document of mine problem. 

I have defined an Inventory Item  and assign the Purchasing Category as well 
the Category is also mapped with the Shopping Category as well. 

Even then I am struggling to get the rid off  because in iProcurement i am unable to have the Inventory Item ?
