Error in Case Worker--->Agent Dashboard--->Case Details tab page

Hi,

While going to 'Case Details' tab (Case Worker--->Agent Dashboard--->Case Details), we are getting error like "<!--StartFragment-->oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoObjException: JBO-25003: Object IncidentCreationRootAM of type ApplicationModule not found".

What will be cause for this? Find attached screenshots for clarity.
