R12.1.3 : 12.1 HRMS RUP6 - Pre-requisites

Hi,
In the Doc 1549442.1 it states that both patches 16196190 & 14069503 should be applied prior to the 12.1 HRMS RUP 16000686 Patch. It states that patch 16196190 is a pre-requisite of 14069503. We have applied 14069503 during our recent upgrade to R12.1.3, but not 16196190.

To further complicate, 16196190 has been superseded by 16772121, which has in turn been superseded by 17203944.All are CPU patches.

Our question is, do we need to apply 16196190 or either of the sucessive CPU's prior to applying 12.1 HRMS RUP 16000686?
