Unable to download DB2 9.7 Fix Pack from IBM website

Hi all,
I have installed IBM DB2 9.7 which is downloaded from updatecenter.oracle.com on a server.
To apply Fix Pack 1 or 5 to it, I am trying to login to https://transfer.boulder.ibm.com/ using document 1279533.1 (E1: DB: Information on IBM DB2 9.7 Install Location for Fix Pack 1 & Hot Fix.)
However ID and password described on the document are rejected.
Does anyone download the fix packs from the website?
