Business service 'ISS Authoring Import Export Service' method 'Post_EIM_Upgrade' : long time

 Hello, 
I invoke method Post_EIM_Upgrade of business service ISS Authoring Import Export Service after loading product. But this method take very long time. Do you know any solution ?
