PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries

Hi,
Please suggest, what happens if we run the program PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries again.

Oracle User Guide states that this program should be run only after initial install or a reinstall of Oracle Projects PPR.

I am unable to see data in PPR for one OU, after setup and running the program in Oracle recommended sequence.
1. PRC: Load Project and Resource Base Summaries
2. PRC: Load Project Performance Data
3. PRC: Update Project and Resource Base Summaries
4. PRC: Update Project Performance Data
All the 4 programs completed successfully but no data was displayed in PPR.
Then Ran the Program:
