Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Automatic discount not get applied based on item category

Hi ,

We configured Item categorywise discount - modifier.

Item category assigned at master level for every item.

We want that discount get applied automatically based on item category of that modifer for the sales order items..

How to do that. as though we define item category and its value in modifer , discount not get applied..

Need guidane please..
