Error during installation of Oracle 12c on Windows server 2008/2012

Hi everybody,

I meet a problem during the installation of the grid infrastructure, I receive an error message "File not found C:\Oracle\product\12.1.0\grid\crs\install\crsconfig_param", I can continue the installation without another issue. I have copied and modified the missing file from oracle 11g directory (another installation of another server) but  when I execute the commande to configure grid infrastructure for a stand-alone server, I have this message "Get SYSTEM failed with rc=0 at C:\Oracle\product\12.1.0\grid\crs\install/s_crsutils.pm line 1957."

Do you have an idea ?
