Manual configuration steps to emable new MT-option for JMS Receiver after upgrade to 8.1.1.11/8.2.2.

To enable new Multhi-thread option of JMS Receiver, available AFTER UPGRADE consider manual configuration steps for defining new component of type: EAIJMSRcvr

For details review the Note 1608961.1 "How to enable Multi-Thread Server option for JMS Receiver, after upgrading to 8.1.1.11/8.2.2.4+ ?"

This new option enables thread parallelism effectively increases scalability of JMS Receiver while limiting CPU load and memory utilization.
