Gap between SL and GL of $2.3 M

Hello,

We are seeing the big gap of $2.3M between SL and GL. We compared Inventory value report by subinventory which was run today and one which we ran few weeks back and seeing that

Subinventory "Intransit" is not at all showing in the report ran today. And also this subinventory 'Intransit' is not showing in Subinvetory list from front end as well as backend.

If someone has any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this will be of great help.
