Bundle Promotion's associated complex products do not get applied automatically to the Order Line i

Hi There,

   We have a requirement to create an order and order line item from an external system for a promotion product. The issue that we are facing now is that when we use the OOTB PDS Order Web Service or even a custom Web Service (using an IO based on the Order Entry - Orders and Order Entry - Line Items BC) to create an Order and Order Line item for a promotion product (bundle promotion) the system does not automatically apply the complex products associated to that promotion to the order line items in contrast to how it work
