Unable to see the Paysheet details on Payment Batch Screen

I have a valid user who has been imported as a resource and has Payment Analyst role n group assigned to him.  Post the payment batch creation, I am unable to click on the Paysheet icon to see the details of the Paysheet and take further action.   Appreciate your response..
