We can not change the task number

 Hi,  We are on Oracle EBS 11i.

 We can not change the task number. 

 When I try to do, It appear an error. "There is an expenditure item for this task"

For the others tasks numbers, I did it without problems.

 The Steps to reproduce the error are:

PA Super User ---> Projects ---> Find Project Number ---> Open --->  Detail Task --->  Find the Task Number that I want to change. --->  Modify the number of task ---> Save ---> Appear error---->

“There is an expenditure item for this task”

I attached the screen whit the steps.
