Questions about OUI 8.1.1.11

Hello, can anybody solve a few questions about Oracle Universal Installer in Siebel FP 8.1.1.11.
1) Option -silent doesnt workin ? Question about conflicting QuickFixes has apear and we are not able to deinstall these QF during FP install.
2) How to prevent OUI to start Siebel Gateway and Server after installation FP 8.1.1.11.
